These terms govern your use of this website and of the services AMA Funding LLC provides. "We", "us" and "our" mean AMA Funding LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its place of business at 2416 S Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. By using this site you agree to them.
What we do, and what we are not
AMA Funding LLC is a business funding brokerage. We arrange commercial financing between businesses and third-party funders. We are not a bank, not a direct lender, and not a party to the financing agreement you may sign with a funder. We do not make credit decisions. Whether financing is offered, and on what terms, is decided by the funder based on its own review.
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a commitment to fund, or a solicitation to enter into any specific transaction. Any figures, ranges or examples appearing here are illustrative and are not terms available to you.
No advance fees
We do not charge you for our services. We do not take application fees, review fees, retainers or any other payment from you in advance of funding. We are compensated by the funder when a transaction closes.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you provide about yourself and your business is accurate, that you are authorised to act for the business, and that you are at least 18 years old. Funders make decisions based on that information, and inaccurate information can invalidate an offer or an agreement.
Text message terms
These terms apply to the AMA Funding SMS program.
- Program: AMA Funding customer care and funding-request messaging.
- What we send: replies to your questions, updates on a funding request you submitted, requests for information needed to complete your file, and appointment or callback scheduling.
- Who we send to: only people who have given us permission. There are three ways that happens, and they are not identical in scope. Ticking the text-message box on one of our forms is written permission and enrolls you in messaging about your funding request. Texting us first is permission for us to reply about what you asked. Telling us on a call is permission for us to text you about that request, and we record the date, time and the words used. In every case, replying STOP ends all of it.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, depending on what is happening with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Consent is optional: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can use every part of our service without it.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us, and you do not have to use the word STOP for it to count.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us at (754) 315-3492 or info@amafundingllc.com.
- Carriers: supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message for anything time-critical.
- Changing your number: tell us if your mobile number changes, so we do not text a number that has been reassigned to someone else.

Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to submit an application for a business you are not authorised to represent, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or in any way that breaks the law.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, graphics and marks — belongs to AMA Funding LLC. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party sites
We may link to funders and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices. When you cross over to a funder's application, you are subject to that funder's agreement.
Disclaimers
This site and our services are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Decisions about financing are yours, and you should take your own professional advice on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMA Funding LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
