AMA Funding LLC is a business funding brokerage in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We work with small business owners who need working capital and do not have weeks to spend on a bank application.
We are not a bank and not a direct lender. We do not fund files with our own money. What we do is take your real numbers to a panel of funders, come back with what they are actually willing to do, and give you a straight read on whether it is worth taking.
Why a broker at all
Because funders differ more than most owners realise. The same file gets very different answers depending on the industry, the deposit pattern, how long the business has run and which desk sees it. Applying to one funder tells you what one funder thinks. Applying to a dozen yourself costs you a dozen conversations and a dozen sets of paperwork.
Our job is to learn which desks say yes to a business like yours, and to save you the ones that will not.
How we are paid
By the funder, when a file closes. You pay us nothing up front: no application fee, no retainer, no consultation fee, no fee to review your statements. If a funding broker asks you for money before funding, treat it as a warning sign — Florida's Commercial Financing Disclosure Law restricts what a broker may charge a business up front.

What we will not do
- Quote you a number before we have seen yours. Nobody can, honestly. Anyone who does is advertising, not underwriting.
- Promise an approval. The funder decides. We can tell you what is likely; we cannot tell you what is certain, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Stack positions on you. If you already carry an advance and someone wants to put another on top, that is usually the beginning of a bad year. We will say so even when it costs us the deal.
- Sell your information. Your details go to funders to get you answers. We do not sell them, and we never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
- Keep texting you after you say stop. One word ends it, on every channel, permanently.
We are a new company. AMA Funding LLC was formed in 2026. We would rather say that plainly than dress up a founding date or borrow someone else's track record — you will find plenty of both in this industry. What we will be judged on is whether the answers we give you turn out to be true.
