Working capital for small businesses, on a timeline a bank can't match.
AMA Funding is a business funding brokerage. We take your real numbers to the funders we work with, come back with what they are willing to do, and tell you plainly where you stand before you sign anything. Whether financing is offered, and on what terms, is the funder's decision.
- No upfront fees. We are paid by the funder when a file closes, not billed to you.
- Amounts and terms depend on your revenue and how the file looks. We show you the range before you commit.
- Most files get a straight read in a few business days once statements are in. Some structures take longer, and we will tell you which yours is.
Check your options
Takes about two minutes. No documents needed to start, and nothing here affects your credit.
Five ways to put capital into a business
Which one fits depends on how the business earns. The structure an owner asks for is often not the one that costs least, so tell us what the money is for and we will lay out the realistic options.
Working capital advance
Funding repaid as a set share of daily or weekly revenue, so payments move with your sales instead of against them. The most common fit for businesses with steady card or deposit volume.
Business line of credit
A limit you draw against only when you need it, and pay interest only on what you have drawn. Useful when the need is recurring rather than one-off.
Equipment financing
The equipment itself secures the funding, which usually means a longer term and a lower cost than unsecured options. Applies to vehicles, machinery and fit-out.
Invoice factoring
Advance against invoices you have already issued but not been paid on. Built for businesses that invoice other businesses and wait 30, 60 or 90 days to collect.
Term loans
A fixed amount over a fixed schedule. The most predictable structure, and generally the one with the most documentation involved.
Not sure which?
That is the normal starting point. Tell us what the money is for and what the business earns, and we will tell you which structures are realistic and which are not.
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them
-
Tell us the basics
Business name, what it does, roughly what it earns. Two minutes, no documents, no credit impact.
-
We look at the file
We tell you which programs are realistic for a business like yours, and which ones are not worth your time.
-
You see the range
Before anything is signed, you see what the funders are willing to do and what it would cost. If it does not work for you, say so.
-
Funding
If you move forward, the funder handles the paperwork and the money lands. Our fee is paid by them, not by you.
What we will not do
Plenty of shops in this industry survive on the opposite of each of these. It is worth knowing where a desk stands before you hand over your numbers.
Charge you a fee to look
We do not take application fees, retainers or any other payment before funding. Florida's Commercial Financing Disclosure Law restricts what a commercial financing broker may charge a business up front, and we would not charge you regardless.
Promise you an amount
Nobody can tell you what you qualify for before seeing your numbers. Anyone who quotes you a figure or an approval up front is selling you something else.
Sell your information
We do not sell your information, and we never share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. The only others that touch them are the vendors that run our systems, under contract and only to provide them. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Find out where you stand
Two minutes, no documents, no obligation. If nothing fits, we will tell you that too.
